An accessible yet challenging sequence rooted in foundational postures. This class focuses on connection to the breath and moving mindfully to create space and ease. Postures are held for 3 to 5 rounds of breath – giving you plenty of time to set up the postures in the safe way your body needs. The sequence will also start and end with a pranayama. Perfect for beginners and experienced students!
