The Coastal Wellness Retreat
This intimate, immersive, and all-inclusive wellness retreat will be held at the gorgeous Oregon Coast. Retreaters will experience mini facials, massage, acupuncture, movement classes, yoga, meditation, and so much more! Join Stephanie, Kathleen, and Jenna for our first ever MYPDX Wellness Retreat in Netarts, OR - three days and 2 nights of movement, mindfulness, wellness, and community. Registration is limited to the first 5 Retreaters.
This Wellness Retreat is meant to be a getaway that provides you with a good excuse to take a long weekend in one of the PNW’s most magical places. Our itinerary is built to include the perfect blend of fun, individual attention, pampering, self exploration, and plenty of relaxation at our beautiful coastal home in Netarts. This retreat will include all meals, daily movement and self care classes, treatment sessions, meditation, and more.

We love specifics, so we’re going to assume that you do too. Here is the general idea of what our days will entail. The exact schedule will be released as we get closer to the retreat.
Self Care Practices
This retreat includes several different movement, yoga, and self care classes all led by MYPDX Owner, Stephanie. Morning movement classes will be 30 mins each and are a mix of yoga and strength training. There will also be 2-3 self care workshops on Friday and Saturday that will cover foam rolling, mini facials, spinal health, and lymphatic drainage. Each class will meet individualized mobility and movement needs, along with a deeper dive into how your specific body moves and what feels good for meeting your wellness goals. In addition to these self care classes, Jenna & Kathleen will lead discussions about women’s health and cover topics and questions regarding pelvic floor health, peri and post menopause, and more. You’ll also be fully taken care of with our swag bag. All supplies, yoga mats, and anything self care related that you’ll need for the weekend will be supplied by MYPDX and yours to keep at the end of the retreat. These items can be shipped to your home after the retreat if you’re coming from out of state.
Wellness Sessions
In addition to the movement, meditation, and self care classes, you’ll also receive Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Wellness Coaching sessions throughout the weekend. Each session will be tailored to your direct goals and needs. Each registration includes a pre-retreat Full Body Bliss massage treatment, facilitated stretching, and wellness coaching session. If you’re coming in from out of town, you’ll receive your massages and wellness coaching during the retreat weekend.
Meals & Refreshments
Your appetite and your thirst will be well taken care of all weekend by our in-house, classically trained chef. All of your meals will be included, starting with appetizers Friday afternoon at check-in, through Breakfast on Sunday. Your favorite snacks and drinks will also be available on hand for whenever you feel the need. Alcohol is not prohibited during this retreat. We’ll have beer, wine, and spirits available to make not so mocktail cocktails. Meals will be served family style, and there will be meat and plant-based options available at each. All other dietary needs will be taken into account during the planning of the weekend menu as well.
Lodging
Our retreat group will stay at a gorgeous home in Netarts, Oregon, inside the Bay just a short distance from Tillamook and Cape Meares. If you live near Netarts or have a place to stay close by, we have a no lodging option for you that includes the entire weekend, sans lodging. You’ll need to reach out to Stephanie for this option and its pricing.
Retreat Schedule
Our retreat will begin with an afternoon of appetizers and mocktails, chit chat, and a chance to get to know everyone on Friday, September 26th, and ends after movement and breakfast on Sunday, September 28th. Each day will include some free time for you to do your own adventuring and exploring, reflection, journaling, or rest. Since this is just a weekend - we don't want to overwhelm you with activities and classes, but we will provide suggestions for adventuring during your free time. Because most of our planned activities happen at the house, we do not provide transportation for this retreat - and will coordinate carpools when transportation is needed. If during your free time you desire to drive to the beach, or to Tillamook, you’ll need to have your own means of transportation. Our goal is to make this a fun and easy going weekend - that you don't have to plan. Get yourself to the coast, and let us take care of the rest!
