Brush & Move: In this unique Lymphatic Drainage movement class, you'll learn the benefits of lymphatic drainage and how to use a dry brush to move lymph. We'll also move through a sequence that will move out waste from your lymph system and leave your body feeling lighter and more energized.

Yoga Alignment 101
Ever wonder if you're doing a pose "correctly"? Not sure how to feel comfortable in triangle pose or downward facing dog? We'll take a look at common poses you see in class and with cues, props, and hands on adjustments, get you to an alignment that's perfect for your body. This way you can take that new found energy in the pose to your practice.

Restorative Bodywork Class
Restorative Bodywork is a combination of relaxing restorative yoga poses with hands on therapeutic massage. Each pose is held for about 4-6 minutes while a massage therapist comes around and performs massage on different available parts of the body. This class has a max of 6 people and lasts around 90 minutes.
Restorative Bodywork not only allows your body to stretch and relax in restorative yoga style poses, but can help increase circulation, decrease mental and bodily stress, provide myofascial release, and trigger point therapy through positioning and massage.
