Join us for a special outdoor Foam Rolling session at Oregon Park with Massage & Yoga Portland on Sunday, August 11th. In this class you'll learn techniques for using a foam roller to help relieve pain in your back, hips, and body. If you have your own foam roller, please bring it. Don't have a foam roller? Not a problem. We have a few you can borrow - we’ll just need to know in advance so we can bring enough for everyone.
Our Foam Rolling session will take place in the grass at Oregon Park. After class, we'll gather across the street at Migration Brewing Company for a pint. Your registration includes your first pint.
