Yoga for Runners (via Zoom)

Join me via zoom to take a 60 minute yoga class specifically geared towards runners and athletes. Yoga is a great complement to running and can help with speed, in addition to breaking up those long runs.

We'll be moving through poses to build strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. This class is available for all levels. Plan on moving, sweating, working your core, and most importantly, having fun!
