Whether your goal is being able to do the actual splits, or just getting a little extra flexibility in your hips and legs, this is the workshop for you! We'll go over the different structures of the hips and thighs and what common causes of tightness are. Adding movement and mobility to the pelvis and thighs can help with low back pain, knee pain, and so much more!
We'll be doing strengthening and stretching of specific muscle groups using classic techniques and with the help of props and proprioception to get you stretching deeper and closer to the floor.
