Join me for this workshop and you’ll learn how to lift weights safely and start building confidence with your technique, body, and gain a starting point in your health and resistance training journey.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the basic movements of the body to train efficiently and keep things simple while working the entire body and major muscle groups. We’ll go over safe techniques, what weights to start at, how many sets and reps you’ll need for your goals, and different modifications. Plus, we’ll end with a great core workout and a relaxing stretch session.
