This foam roller workshop will teach you how to foam roll your entire body. Relieve aches and pains, lengthen tight muscles, and help with postural issues. You’ll also learn how to use a ball to roll away knots and trigger points.
Workshop is $40
Bring a yoga mat and roller if you have one. If you don’t have a roller one will be provided to you.
