Yoga Nidra for Sleep

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. This practice draws our attention inwards, and we’ll learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep. This style of yoga can help with sleep, stress, anxiety, depression, and so much more.

Free & Sliding Scale on Wednesdays. Class is via zoom and starts at 9pm.
