Whether your goal is being able to do the actual splits, or just getting a little extra looseness or flexibility in your hips and legs, this is the workshop for you! We'll go over the different structures of the hips and thighs and what are some common causes of tightness.
We'll be strengthening and stretching specific muscle groups using classic techniques and with the help of props and proprioception to get you stretching deeper and feeling more comfortable and mobile in your lower body.
