In this workshop we will take a look at the various structures that make up the pelvis and low back. You’ll learn different yoga poses that strengthen and stretch to help with hip tightness, combat poor posture, knee pain, and that will help relieve pain in your low back.

We’ll also learn how to stretch deeper and work with neuromuscular pathways to help relax the central nervous system so you can relax tight muscles and go deeper.

No previous yoga experience required!

Foam Rolling + Beer at Zoiglhaus

Join us for a special kind of detox and retox with Zoiglhaus Brewing, as we gather with Stephanie for a foam rolling session. In this class you'll learn techniques for using a foam roller to help relieve pain in your back, hips, and body.If you have your own foam roller, please bring it. Don't have a foam roller? Not a problem. We have a few you can borrow - we’ll just need to know in advance so we can bring enough for everyone.

Our Foam Rolling session will take place at Zoiglhaus, before they open to the public. After class, we'll gather in the taproom for a post class, pint. Your registration includes your first pint. Space & foam rollers are limited, so sign up in advance.

Things to Know:

  • Cost: $20 for practice and a pint. $15 for foam rolling only

  • Class is limited size so pre-registration is recommended.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, if possible.

  • Please bring your own mat if you can, although we always have extras to borrow.

Infant Massage Workshop

This is a 2 hour workshop to learn how to massage your infant. You will learn how to soothe gas, colic, ear aches, and so much more!

There will be time to have open discussions and conversations, without judgement, about early childhood behaviors, parenting, and more. This workshop is open to any and all moods of baby and parent or caregiver. Crying is a natural and common state for infants and is always welcome and encouraged in each class. There will be plenty of breaks during the workshop to help with comforting your infant, feeding times, changing diapers and anything else that may come up within the 2hrs. A large part of this workshop is about relaxation and centering yourself to respond to your infant's individual needs.

Each parent/caregiver will get a bottle of nut-free, hypoallergenic, plant-based, cold-pressed, unscented oil to use for massage during the course and at home.

Not a parent yet, but expecting?? You are also welcome! Just bring a plush body doll to practice on for classes.

Beach Yoga Flow

Beach Yoga Flow

Get your day started right with this oceanfront all-level yoga class. Enjoy the sun, waves, and ocean life. The class will vary in style and intensity based on participants and weather. For this class, we will meet at Beverly Beach. This is a state park, and there is parking available in the lot. Please bring your own mat or a big beach towel to practice on. You’ll want water too and don’t forget to wear sunscreen! This class will be during a peak low tide time, so there should be lots of space to move around. 

To stay in accordance with Oregon State laws, payment for the class must be made online previous to the class start and cannot be exchanged on the beach. Get your tickets online at EVENTBRITE.
